Met with store Manager, Heather, and discussed the following: - any renovation and proposed changes to the approved floor plan need to be submitted to our office for approval - ceiling tiles in the kitchen were cleaned last month but the amount of grease left permanent yellow color on the tiles, so this need to be replaced as soon as possible ( proposed reno will help out with hard to clean ceiling tiles and damaged or missing floor tiles in the kitchen ) - introduced to the new kitchen Manager - daily temp logs are available ( low temp dishwasher supplied with 50ppm chlorine; 200ppm for quat ) - test strips are availabe - at least one person per shift is certified
