Observation: Missing soap in the soap dispenser at the handwash station by the staff's computer table. Soap was available in the dispenser but nothing can be dispensed out with the motion sensor detector.
Corrective Action(s): Use the other two handwash stations for the time-being. Fix the soap dispenser or purchase a temporary soap dispenser to use for the time being. All handwash station must be stocked with liquid soap and paper towel at all time.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, except the one noted in the above violation, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units hold cold potentially hazardous items were at 4.0C or below. Exception for the Coca Cola upright cooler that is only holding drinks that do not require refrigeration - noted with internal temperature of 10.0C.
All freezer units were at -18.0C or below.
Pizza slices on display at ambient room temperature are discarded after 1.5 hours.
All food contact items or utensils were noted sanitary and in good condition.
**Important to remind all staff that all in-use utensils must be washed and sanitized every 4 hours or more often if noted soiled.**
QUAT sanitizer spray bottle available and noted with 300 PPM QUAT.
Drain plugs available for the 3-compartment sink for manual warewashing.
Chemicals stored separately in a shelf below food in the dry storage racks.
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
General sanitation and organization satisfactory.
Staff onsite at the time of inspection has a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate.
