The premise is renovated as per the previously approved plans.
However, wall-mounted storage shelves are required in the kitchen; as well as a sneeze guard at front.
Note: The premise has been closed during the construction work.
No food on site at the time of inspection.

Handwashing stations supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels in wall-mounted dispensers.
Coolers (upright, walk in, prep) < or = to 4C.
Freezer (two chest) < or = to -18C.
Thermometers for cold units - available.
Hotholding unit > 60C.
A grill is available for a secondary cooking step for donair meat.
3 compartment sink available for manual dishwashing. Bleach sanitizer available at 100 ppm.
Test strips for the sanitizer - available.
Surface sanitizer available in spray bottle at 100 ppm of Chlorine solution.
Dry storage area is good (storage shelves - available).
No signs of pest activity.
Opening Conditions:
1. Kitchen wall- mounted storage shelves must be available.
2. Front sneeze guard must be available by Feb. 4, 2019 (Closure Order will be issued if requirements are not met.)
Note: Temporary,please, keep covers/lids for two front prep. coolers till the sneeze guard in the place (plastic covers are not counts).
