-Under counter prep cooler was at 4C.
-Upright refrigerator units were both at 4C.
-Front display cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Pork was cooked to greater than 71C.
-Temperatures checked and recorded daily.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Quats sanitizer was dispensing at 200ppm.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-Quats sanitizer pail was labelled and tested at 200ppm. Sanitizer changed every 2 hours.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator. Some evidence of past pest infestation in the tin cat monitoring station by the hot holding area.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent training (Foodwise) valid until September 27, 2023.
