Routine inspection

-2 compartment sink in dining area provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
-2 compartment sink in kitchen provided with liquid soap and paper towels. This sink is used for manually washing some dishes (trays) and for this reason must remain at least a 2 compartment sink however, consider replacing the sink with a larger 2 compartment sink.
-All four freezers in storage area registered at -18 C or below.
-Both domestic fridges at 4 C or below and freezer compartments at -18 C or below.
-Temperature records maintained - good job.
-Chicken thawing in the fridge at the bottom shelf - good.
-Bleach sanitizer solution available for use. Reminder - all bottles must be labelled.
***Do not mix detergent and bleach***.
-Dishwasher registered at 78 C during final rinse.
-Two sink dishwashing method poster provided. Refer to this for manual dishwashing instructions and for chemical sanitizer diluting instruction.
-General sanitation satisfactory.
-FoodSafe Level 1 requirement met at the time of inspection.
