Facility E is same building as Main Office.
- Access to both Office and Facility is secured and controlled.
- Facility is monitored by QA and QC Managers.

Warehouse:
- Storage of bulk product and packaged products.
- Recalled products are reserved in designated location.
- Product is wrapped in plastic packaging and inspected routinely.
- Allergens are labelled accordingly.
- Third Party Pest Control Contractors inspect for both flying and crawling pests.
- Recent inspection reports for February and March show no signs of rodents.
- Rodent traps located at all entrances and outside the building and are labeled accordingly.
- No signs of pests at the time of inspection.
- No issues to follow up at this time.

Production:
- Facility has secured access for staff.

Staff and Hand Hygiene:
- Staff enter and change into clean lab coats, hair nets, gloves, beard nets and optional face masks.
- Hand washing facilities provided are supplied with warm running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers.
- Staff washrooms are also fully supplied, in good repair and kept clean and sanitary.
- Separate laundry chute for used lab coats.

Food Processing:
- Facility mixes prepackaged ingredients that are dispensed from bulk bins (syrups, bulk granola ingredients, etc.) into smaller bowls and plastic measuring containers.
-These are mixed in larger bins, batch mixed. After mixing and spreading onto pans, mixture is time baked, cooled (with fans).
- Baked product is poured onto conveyor belt, checked for consistency.
- All equipment is in good repair.
- All equipment are stainless steel surfaced or of washable plastic (conveyor belts).
- Equipment, machines and food contact surfaces are in good repair.
- Trays are in good repair.
- Baking sheets are examined for tears and reused if there are none. Sheets go into discard bin after a few uses.
- Operators use gloves to handle equipment and any food.
- On site QA and QC Managers to oversee operations and quality.

Sanitization of Equipment:
-Peracetic Acid sanitizer, contact time of 60s (Per-Ox), typical for organic food production.
-Please follow manufacturer's specifications for use (air drying of equipment and surfaces is mentioned).
-Records show that test calculations were within acceptable ranges for February and March.
-Acceptable range for the Manufacturer is between 105-495ppm Per-Ox according to testing procedures. This matches Manufacture's specifications that show 90ppm-500ppm peroxyacetic acid is acceptable for sanitizing most non-porous food contact surfaces.
-Some minor rusting of sanitizing sink at the bottom (only pin points). Monitor if it worsens, check sanitizer levels.
-4 sink cleaning and sanitizing of equipment: no food debris. Sinks are clean, labelled and sanitizer tubing in correct order for dispensing.

Pest Control:
-Records show no rodents or signs of crawling pests in recent reports (February, March).
-Flying pests captured by Light Traps
-Rodent traps are against walls at all entrances.
-No issues with door seals.
-No signs of pests at the time of inspection
-Facility has 3rd party pest control contractor.

No further issues to follow up with at this time.
