Corrective Action(s): Operator provided bleach water sanitizer in spray bottle during time of inspection. Sanitizer was found at 100ppm concentration.

Handwashing stations are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Employees observed to wear gloves during processing of fruits/vegetables. Ensure all employees wash hands between glove use.
Walkin cooler at 4c.
Display coolers at 4c and equipped with thermometers.
All foods found off the floor.
Overall facility is in sanitary condition.
