Walk-in Cooler Temperature at or below 4C.
Stand up Freezer at -14C. Operator noted unit opened/closed alot. Note: keep unit closed to assist with maintaining temperature.
Line Cooler at or below 4C.
QUATs surface sanitizer readily available. Registered at ~200ppm.
Manual dishwashing available and proper method described. QUATs solution in sink registered at ~200ppm.
Hats, apron and uniform worn by staff. Staff practiced hand hygiene during inspection.
