304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Droppings observed along the wall where dry storage shelves and sodas are stored. The most were seen in the corner immediately to the far right side when entering this part of the kitchen. Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings. Maintianing a high level of sanitation will help to monitor for rodent activity. Forward the next pest control repor to EHO for review. Violation Score: 3

Routine Temperature controls: > Walk-in cooler: 1C > Pizza prep cooler: 2C > Beverage cooler: 5C (non-PHFs only) > Temperature logs are maintained, recorded at least twice a day. General: > Running hot and cold water is available. > Handwash stations are fully supplied with liquid soap and paper towels. > 2 compartment sink available for manual warewashing. Sink plugs are present. > 200ppm QUATS solution available in spray bottles and at 2 comp sink. > Overall food storage is excellent - items are off floor, covered and labelled with date/time. > General sanitation is satisfactory - ensure all hard to reach areas are addressed at the end of day sweep. > Foodsafe requirements are met - certificates are posted in the office. > Pest control contract is in place with Orkin. Visits are once a month. > Most recent report available to review on site is from February 25, 2024 - two mouse catches were recorded both in interior stations. > Ensure to follow all recommendations for structural defects and sanitation. > Health permit is posted.
