Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # 246192 of Jul-17-2020 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Ice machine near doorway to bar is found to have some mold growth. Lack of cleaning allows for growth of harmful fungi that can contaminate ice. Correction: Operator told to clean ice maching. To be corrected by 21-Jul-2020.

-Ice machine has been cleaned and sanitized. I would fully clean and sanitize machine on a monthly basis. -Food has been stored up off of the floor. -COVID Plan has been developed and now onsite.
