Bleach water available in labeled spray bottle at approximately 100 ppm chlorine. Note: Spray bottle not functional at time of inspection. Ensure functional spray bottle is provided and/or prepare bleach water solution in container with wiping cloths to use as needed for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
