ITEMS CORRECTED: - Chlorine sanitizer at concentrations of greater than or equal to 200ppm - Owner present with Food Safe Level One Certification. Staff are scheduled to complete the course. - Rice in hot holding unit at temperatures of greater than 60 degrees Celsius - Stem Thermometer available at site - Tape removed from handle of microwave ITEMS TO BE CORRECTED: - Ensure one staff member is present with Food Safe Level One Certification at all times. - Deliveries of rice are no longer to occur in cold refrigerated vehicle. Discussed the potential of using cambros units. - Wooden blocks are to be sealed. The wooden blocks in rough shape and unsanitary condition were removed from the facility - Facility to remove bread oven and use table top for deliveries and food preparation. Additional table work surface to be added to facility - Discussed with owner the possibility of obtaining additional microwaves. Two microwaves is not adequate to reheat such large volumes of rice. - Discussed with owner the possibility of obtaining additional cooler unit. Relocation of one or more cooler units to stock room is acceptable provided no food preparation occurs in this area .
