Two additional staff completed the food safe training ( including GM ) New Permit has been hand delivered and posted on conspicuous location Daily temperature logs are up to date Glass washer - iodine measured at 50ppm ( ensure to keep the iodine level at 12.5ppm ) Quats measured at 400ppm ( this concentration of approved sanitizer need to adjusted/ calibrate at the dispensing station )
