Observation: Chemical bait / poison (green coloured) was observed throughout the food store.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the chemical poison from the food premises. Only use mechanical traps and organic bait to capture rodents. Correct today.

Observation: Rodent droppings were observed throughout the floor (e.g. below wooden pallets) in the food store area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all affected areas with bleach water to remove the rodent droppings. Monitor for signs of recent pest activity, seal all entry points, declutter and remove all items not required for business use, sanitize all food contact surfaces, and protect food from contamination (e.g. keep it covered). Correct within 1 week.
