The follow up inspection conducted with the owners, their daughter, and Elizabeth Thai, Property Manager.

Discuss the complaint (food preparation without approval).

Note: The manager of the Fraser Health has been notified about complaints.

The area, EHO request - Corporation Legal Documents.

Closure Order is posted on the front door at the time of inspection. Ensure that the Closure Order is remain on the door. Be inform that enforcement action might be taken if the Closure Order is removed (eg., Ticket).

Note: The property manager and a restoration company will inspect the premise first (the evaluation and estimation has to be conducted).
More restoration will be done in the premise.

Observed missing dry-wall front of the walk-in cooler (kitchen) at the time of inspection. A clear plastic polythene sheet and tape covered the hole.

The business must be closed until all issues are rectified.The Closure Order is in effect.
