Follow-up inspection conducted.
The walk-in cooler has been repaired. It was maintaining an ambient temperature of 2C at the time of inspection.
Randomly selected food items inside the cooler (chopped tomatoes, chicken) had an internal temperature of 3C.

Walk-in freezer was maintaining -24C
Front under counter cooler was maintaining 3C.
Toppings inserts cooler was maintaining 4C.

Ensure all coolers are monitored for temperatures regularly and the temperatures are documented accurately.
