At the inspection dated, April 2, 2019 there were 3 children and 1 staff present. At this inspection no violations were identified, therefore no action is required by the Licensee. As part of this routine inspection a Facility Risk Assessment Tool is completed and a copy is provided.

mandatory inspections to assess applications for temporary placement, retentions and exemptions
