Routine inspection

Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold water, liquid hand soap, and single-use paper towels

Food storage temperature
- walk-in cooler, domestic dairy cooler at/below 4C
- walk-in freezer at/below -18C
- thermometer presented in the fridges
- temperature log up to date

Maintenance and sanitation
- washrooms in good sanitary conditions and well-supplied
- chemical dishwasher had 50ppm final rinse at plate surface
- QUATs in spray bottle tested at 200ppm (QUATs dispenser from the janitor room was below required concentration, operator used QUATs sanitizer from kitchen 2, and bleach solution was used for sani bucket)
- no sign of pest activity observed during inspection
- lights were covered by shatter proof cases
- food items in coolers and storage room stored 6inches/15cm off the floor and free of contamination
- ice machine in good sanitary condition

Administration
- operating permit in a visible location (operator will buy a new frame)
- FOODSAFE Level 1 certified staff on site

Note: ensure to call for vent hood cleaning services (it was due on Feb, 2024)
