Observation: Upright double door cooler at 49F (8C) and increasing to 50.5F (9C) during the inspection.
Customer foods inside measured between 10-12C. Customer foods are stored on right side, personal foods on left side. Storage of broth, 11.5C, meats and cooked noodles in water.
Corrective Action(s): Move all customer foods to working cooler. Operator agreed to move all items.
Monitor fridge to see if fridge cools down to 4C in 1-2hrs. If it does not, call service technician to fix cooler.
