Follow up inspection: -Previously partially broken sliding glass panel of hot-holding unit was replaced with an intact glass panel. -Hot-holding unit was in use at the time of inspection and it was at or above 60 degrees C. -Hot-holding unit was equipped with a thermometer. -Cloth towels were removed from the staff washroom by the Operator. -Maximum occupancy limit was posted at the front door with a sign indicating that masks are required upon entering the food service establishment. -Operator did not have a COVID-19 safety plan on-site. Worksafe B.C. COVID-19 safety plan template was provided to the Operator. The following action is required: -Develop a COVID-19 safety plan and ensure it is posted on-site. Refer to Worksafe B.C. website for details regarding the COVID-19 safety plan.
