- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, soap and paper towel
- All freezers are functional and are measured at temperatures between -10 to -18C
- Walk in cooler and front display cooler are measured at temperature less than 4C
- Low temperature dishwasher is measured at 100ppm during final rinse cycle at the dish surface
- Food contact surface sanitizer in spray bottle is measured at 200ppm bleach solution. NOTE: Prepare bleach solution by mixing one teaspoon in one litre of water (100ppm solution). Concentration more than 200ppm requires a rinse step if used on food contact surfaces
- No evidence of pest activity is noted
- Foodsafe is verified.
