Routine inspection conducted and inspection conducted for addition of Kulfi distribution.

Documents received:
-Food Safety Plan for Kulfi distribution
-Sanitation Plan for Kulfi distribution
-Current Foodsafe equivalent

Inspection:
-Handwash station is fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towel, and hot and cold running water
-3 compartment sink for warewashing is set up appropriately
-Sanitizer spray bottle achieves 50-100ppm Chlorine
-All coolers are at 4C
-All freezers are -18C or below
-Ice cream machine is maintained in a sanitary condition
-Process of kulfi making reviewed
-Kulfi moulds are food-grade and stored in a sanitary manner
-Dry storage is good
-No signs of pest activity

The distribution of Kulfi has been approved. Ensure to have labels on each item when distributing as per CFIA requirements.
