Hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels.
Bleach sanitizer measured >100 ppm.
No hot holding at time of inspection. Soup was still being made.
Ice cream freezer was at -21 deg C. Dipper well not being used (winter season).
Prep line cooler was at 2-3 deg C.
Store display coolers were at 1-3 deg C.
Store display freezers were at -20 to -23 deg C.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
