Observation: 3-door stand up cooler is measured to be 9.8oC (air temperature). Food temperatures are measured on all three row: left side at 9.3oC (eggs); centre at 6.4oC (cooked meat mixture); and right at 13.1oC (chopped bread). No temperature log is maintained. Thermometer in cooler is reading a temperature of 15oC.
Corrective Action(s): Potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at 4oC or less at all times. Do not store foods in cooler until it is fixed. All foods in cooler discarded.

Observation: Rodent droppings are noted along floor behind mixer, under storage shelves in storage room, and on floor under prep table. Pest control company (AA Happy Pest Control) does visit once a month, with last visit on August 3, 2021 and no mice activity was noted on the report.
Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, sanitize areas, and monitor.
