Observation: Only hand sanitizer is being used between handling cash, then bare hand handling of deli meat is occuring while slicing and serving
Corrective Action(s): You must wash hands with soap and water between handling food and between handling money/using the cash register or debit machine. Hand sanitizer is not meant to be used as a substitution for proper handwashing. Consider using disposable gloves for handling product, or always use tongs/papers etc - bare hand handling is not recommended.
