Routine inspection conducted:

Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel (after correction).
All coolers operates at or below 4 degrees C.
All freezers operates at or below -18 degrees C.
General food storage is adequate.
General sanitation is excellent.
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing cycle measured at 71 degrees C.
Bleach sanitizer measured at 200 ppm as per test strip.
Roughly half of staffs on duty are FOODSAFE Level 1 certified.
Observed one fly by the garbage bin - otherwise, generally in compliance in regards to pest issue. Professional pest control company contracted for routine visit.

Note: Ensure all food contact surfaces (e.g., utensils, bowls, etc.) are air dried after the dishwasher in order to prevent post dishwashing contamination.
