Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The sanitizer bucket in the back of the restaurant did not have any sanitizer inside.
Corrective Action(s): The operator prepared a fresh batch of 200 ppm chlorine (bleach) solution. It was explained to the operator that they must stay on top of always having sanitizer readily available because it was a previous violation.

401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The only hand sink in the back prep area did not have paper towels.
Corrective Action(s): All hand sinks must be stocked with soap and paper towels so employees can adequately wash their hands. The operator stocked up the sink with paper towels and will ensure that they are checking more frequently if the dispensers are empty.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): The back door was left open at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): This may allow entrance of pests that may contaminate the food. The operator claimed it was only left open because it was hot. It was explained to the operator that he should close the screen door so that the door could stay open.The operator closed the screen door.
