- Sink and Surface sanitizer dispenser has been serviced and is now dispensing sanitizer at the appropriate concentration (within acceptable range). Ensure to regularly monitor with test strips. - Hand sink drains have been temporarily addressed by staff - plumber visit has also been scheduled. - Storage rack with mouse droppings has been cleaned. *Operator will be obtaining additional pest-proof bins for storage of rice bags. *Door sweep/weather stripping for back door/employee entrance door still to be installed. See previous routine inspection report from August 31, 2022.
