Temperatures:
Preparation cooler is holding bubble tea pearls at 4 degrees Celsius or below.
Chest freezers are holding ice-cream and cream puffs at -18 degrees Celsius or below.
Hot holding units not in use at the time of inspection. Operator informed that hot holding is not used very often as business is low.

Sanitation:
Hand sink is equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and disposable paper towels.
3-compartment sink is equipped with plugs.
200 ppm bleach solution is available.
Food is stored off the floor.

Operator has a valid Food Safe level 1 certification.
Some mice droppings noted along the wall under the 3 compartment sink. Contact a pest control company as necessary.
