Cooling units less than 4 C. Walk-in freezer at -13 C Hot holding units above 60 C. **Door slide guide missing and is rubbing metal on metal. Clean out metal shavings and tape base or similar until door is fixed. handwash stations all stocked and staff using gloves. sanitizer at 200 ppm quats at both sink sources. General cleanliness is very good at time of inspection. No issues.
