Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # JSAS-BAXQKS of Apr-05-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: 3 wiping cloths in use left on counter tops with no detectable sanitizer residual. Correction: All wiping cloth rags in use are to be stored in a container of sanitizer solution (100 ppm chlorine, 1 tea spoon of bleach per 1 litre of water). Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # JSAS-BAXQKS of Apr-05-2019 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: Kitchen handsink papertowel dispenser is empty and not functioning. Correction: Hand-washing stations must be equipped with a stocked liquid soap dispenser, warm water and single use hand drying towels from a dispenser.

Butter inventory stored within cooler unit. Remove and soften butter only when needed for immediate preparation of a recipe. Wiping rags in use stored in 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer solution. Kitchen papertowel dispenser replaced and stocked. Handwashing facilities restored. Icecream scoop dipperwell operational and in use. Required premise cleaning completed. Ensure daily cleaning is conducted to maintain premise sanitation and discourage pest activity.
