- All coolers are at or below 4C
- All freezers are at -18C
- low temperature dishwasher achieves 50ppm Chlorine. Recommended to have dishwasher serviced and replace sanitizer bucket as it is almost empty
- Bleach sanitizer available and in use
- Dry storage is good
- No signs of pest activity
