Routine inspection conducted:

- Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Coolers operating at/below 4'C; freezers operating at -18'C.
- Temperature monitoring system in place. Logs kept up to date.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 73.9'C at the plate level after final rinse.
- 200ppm Quats available in labelled spray bottle in kitchen.
- Bleach available for general surface disinfection and tables in dining area.
NOTE: Ensure to add 1/2tsp - 1tsp of bleach per 1L of water to prepare 200ppm chlorine solution. Do not mix with soap as discussed at this time.
- Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed.
- Back storage area satisfactory. Washroom satisfactory.
NOTE: Ensure to keep the back storage area organized at all times.

General maintenance and sanitation level of the facility satisfactory.
