-Walk-in cooler was at 2C.
-Pizza prep cooler was at 2C (top) and 4C (bottom).
-Temperatures are checked and recorded daily.
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Quats sanitizer dispenser was tested at 200ppm.
-Sanitizer spray bottle was labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-Handwash stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash stations supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until May 30, 2026
