Observation: Some mice droppings observed in the back corner of storage area where the onions are kept. One fly noticed during the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Increase pest control company frequency to once a month instead of once every 2 months.

Observation: Some stock pots are quite large. Since they were being used, we couldn't see if they fit properly in the sink for dishwashing purposes.
Corrective Action(s): You cannot use pots, etc that do not fit in the 2-compartment sink for cleaning purposes. Replace the larger pots that cannot fit in the sink with smaller ones that can.
