Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Eggs observed to be stored in display cooler measured at 11.8-13C air ambient temperature. Eggs internal temperature measured between 8.2-11.3C internal temperature. 4 package of sticky rice cakes observed to be stored at room temperature. PICTURES TAKEN.
Corrective Action(s): Discard eggs. Transfer sticky rice cakes into cooler until able to prove it is self-stable.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): MEat bandsaw observed to be used with food debris along the blade and inner guard. Meat staff informed they will be using it again after 4 hours of initial use.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize aformentioned item. Meat bandsaw must be cleaned after each use or after 4 hours of continous use which ever is lesser.

Observation: Displayer cooler nearest the back produce area and produce walk-in cooler measured at 11.8C to 13C air ambient temperature.
Corrective Action(s): Service aformentioned cooler to measure at 4C or lower. Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in the cooler until it is able to hold and air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. Corrected by: January 28, 2025.

Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine spray bottles at 200ppm. 3-compartment sinks, produce sink available.
Stand-up coolers, walk-in cooler, display cooler other than the one mentioned are measured at 4C or lower. Stand-up freezers, chest freezers measured at -18C or lower.
Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Overall, facility is well organized.
