Mainly along the baseboards of shelving units and crevices between miscellaneous items. 2) Floor in the walk-in cooler is sticky in some areas. Corrective Action(s): Remove rodent droppings. Sanitize the floors. Ensure any product spills are cleaned up immediately. Date to be corrected by: March 15, 2024. Violation Score: 3 312 - Items not required for food premises operation being stored on the premises [s. 18] Observation: Several miscellaneous items stored in the back of the store behind walk-in cooler.
