Observation: Debris and old mice droppings noted under spices retail display. Old mice droppings noted in walk-in cooler, on dry storage pallets and shelves, on storage shelves underneath bulk bins, and in hard-to-reach areas throughout premises.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to clean and sanitize noted areas with a dilute bleach solution at 100ppm. A dilute chlorine solution can be made using 1/2 teaspoon 5.25% unscented bleach to 1 liter of water. Operator to ensure premises is maintained in a sanitary condition to prevent the attraction of pests.
