Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noticed minor amount of mould growing at the base of one of the wheat grass trays.
Corrective Action(s): Discard the mould affected wheat grass immediateley. If the wheat grass trays are not being used,they should be stored in the refrigertor at 4 C or below. Pictures of the mould were sent by the operator to the supplier.

Observation: Juice and food spills noticed on the door seals and shelves in the coolers.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize the door gaskets on all coolers and freezers as well the shelves to remove sticky juice residue. (By Nov. 30, 2017).
