Generally well maintained and operated. Sanitation is good. Refrigeration measures < 4 C. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C. Spray sanitizer measures 200 ppm Cl. No recommendations. The store is undergoing minor interior upgrades and renovations and is expected to undergo a name change in the near future. A blank Application for Health Approval has been left with the on-shift cashier to be given to the owner. The application must be completed by the owner or his agent, and submitted to Fraser Health Authority when the name change has been completed. If there is a company name change, a copy of the certificate of incorporation must also be provided to Fraser Health.
