Observation: Food (boxes with food) stored outside of the premise at the time of inspection. (Note: Pictures have been taken at the site visit on November 22, 2018).
Some food is stored in the open or damaged containers/packages in the premise.
Corrective Action(s): All food must be stored in the premise. Do not leave food outside. It attracts pests and wild animals.
If a food package/container is opened and not repackaged it must be transferred in a pest proof container with lid that properly fit..

304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)]
Observation: Observed at the time of inspection: live mice running within the premises on several occasions. .
Noted two mice (one alive in the trap box near the staff rooms/a washroom; and one mouse in the trap near the entrance door.
Mice droppings found on the storage shelves and produce.
Corrective Action(s): Contact to the pest service company and request a service. Pest reports must be available during inspections. Pest reports must document the number of mice caught, the level of infestation, and corrective actions taken.
Note: The last pest service has been done on October 26, 20918.
If no delivery keep delivery door closed.
All mice droppings must be properly cleaned/sanitize.
Note: Damaged/contaminated food items must be discarded.

Observation: The delivery doors opened at the time of inspection.
Food on pallets stored outside of the premises.
Cluttering of prepackage food products noted in some area inside of the premises.

Corrective Action(s): Keep door closed/do not open it if no needs.
All food must be stored properly (in the premise).
Thoroughly clean all food spillage.
Ensure all food products, equipment, and material stored within the premises are properly organized.

The Closure Order that has been issued on November 22, 2018 is rescinded at the time of inspection.
Immediately. Close the premises. Closure Order is issued at the time of the routine inspection due to the rodent infestation.

The staff washroom supplied with hot and cold running water; liquid soap and paper towel.
