Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing sink located in area for cutting chicken was missing liquid soap.
Corrective Action(s): All designated hand washing sinks must be properly equipped (with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water). Staff stated a new dispenser is needed and has been ordered. Supply this sink with an additional soap pump in the meantime.
