- Hand sinks and paper towels were easily accessible - good - Bleach sanitizer solution available at 100 ppm in bucket and spray bottle - good. Reminder to mix only 1 tsp bleach with 1 litre of water - Food storage bins/containers have been cleaned and sanitized - Floors in hard to reach areas and underneath equipment have been cleaned - General sanitation has improved - please maintain this. - Reminder to keep daily temperature logs up to date.
