Corrective Action(s): Do not store scoops with handle piece in direct contact with the food. Adjust all the aforementioned scoops. Correct by: immediately. Violation Score: 3 304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Extensive amount of rodent droppings noted at the back kitchen and the front service area. Operator stated no pest control is contracted at the time. Corrective Action(s): Deep cleaning required at the aforementioned areas to remove all rodent droppings. Cans food with rodent droppings must be sanitized. Food equipment at the back kitchen must be sanitized. Contact professional pest control immediately for remediate actions. Store all food in tight seal containers and reorganize the back area to remove any clusters. Correct by: Oct 25, 2023. Violation Score: 15 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)] Observation: Door for the under counter cooler was broken off and fell down when opened. The door was still able to be closed and maintain the cooler at 4C. This is an outstanding violation. Corrective Action(s): Service the aforementioned cooler door. Correct by: Oct 30, 2023.
