A Follow up inspection was performed for routine inspection MKIM-CXBUCX and the following observations were made: - Faucet fixed and no longer leaking - Premises walls repainted - Minor levels for rust and mold observed, operator reports clean up and painting service provider is scheduled to service location - General sanitation satisfactory - Ensure to maintain dehumidifier and monitor walls regularly for mold.
