Both handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
3-compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water. Manual wash, rinse, sanitize, and air dry method was reviewed.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available.
Walk-in-freezer and other freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
Front beverage cooler and under-the-counter cooler were at or below 4 degrees C.
No signs of recent pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
Ice machine was in a clean condition.
Dipper wells were in use.
Products were covered inside the walk-in-freezer.
Staff member with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 course training was present on shift.
