Comments

No rodent droppings noticed on the production floor and grain storage area at the time of inspection. However,
new droppings still discovered in the mezzanine area. The floor was pressure washed and cleaned.

None of the other outstanding items from the previous report have been addressed.

The following items must be addressed by the specified dates.
1. Premises must be monitored by the pest control company at least once a week. Please submit the inspection
report from the pest control company. (By May 24, 2016)
2. Install plywood cover on top of the mezzanine area studs to finish the roof (by May 28, 2016).
3. Realign the cement floor along the west wall to prevent water pooling.
4. You must store any opened bags of ingredients in covered bins.
5.. The production area floor and equipment must be cleaned thoroughly after each production day.
6. Do not leave any grains or water on the floor overnight.
7. Any rat or mice droppings must be cleaned up immediately.

Re-inspection required to check compliance with the above.
