Comments

-Follow-up inspection to June 12, 2020. -Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 100ppm chlorine on the dish surface. Chlorine test strips available on-site to verify chemical concentration on a daily basis. -Upright cooler unit was serviced and was at 4C. Refrigeration gas added to the unit. Continue to monitor cooler and service as needed. -Quats sanitizer prepared and tested at 200ppm to 400ppm in the kitchen and front area. Sanitizer pails were properly labelled. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed. -Did not find cell phones placed on work surfaces at the time of inspection. Ensure all surfaces are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and is protected from potential cross contamination. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns. -Operator signature not required at this time due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
