If stored in water, ensure it is colder than 4 degrees C or hotter than 60 degrees C. The manager directed her staff to change the container. Corrective Action(s): Violation Score: 5

Temperature Walk-in cooler and other coolers were measured at or below 4 degrees C Walk-in freezer and other freezers were measured at or below -18 degrees C Hot holding units (chicken, gravy, corn, fries, etc.) were measured at or higher than 60 degrees C Foods stored >4 degrees C were time stamped Sanitation Hand washing sinks were fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel General sanitation is adequate Kitchen hood professional cleaning is due in June 2021 QUATS sanitizer pails were measured at 200 ppm. QUATS sanitizer at the dispenser measured at 200 ppm. QUATS test paper available. Drain plug available for manual dishwashing. Pest Pest control is in place - serviced monthly. Reviewed the latest report on site. No sign of recent pest activity was observed at the time of inspection. Administrative Permit posted Staff with FOODSAFE Level 1 or its equivalent training was on shift COVID 19 inspection was completed.
