Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed two in-use utensils stored in a container of slighlty soiled water (~30 degrees C). If stored in water, ensure it is colder than 4 degrees C or hotter than 60 degrees C. The manager directed her staff to change the container.

Hand washing sinks were fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
