Routine inspection conducted: -Coolers operating at/below required temperature of 4'C; -Freezers operating at/below required temperature of -18'C. -Temperature monitoring system in place. Records kept up to date. -No food handling/processing occurring on site. -General food storage practice very good at this time. -Traps in place. No evidence of pest activity observed. -Professional pest control company contracted for weekly visits. Reports kept on site. -Handwashing stations equipped properly with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Washroom handsink satisfactory. Corporation audits each location twice per year. 19 locations in total: 13 in Surrey, 1 in Vancouver, 1 in Richmond, 2 in Abbotsford and 2 in Alberta. NOTE: Facility may construct another building in between the two current warehouses in future. General maintenance and sanitation for the facility very good at this time.
